Products must be in original condition and packaging.
For Services:
Refunds for services are only available if work has not yet started.
If work has already started, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service or project up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty.
If work has already started, cancellations may result in a partial refund, based on the amount of work completed.
Dispute Policy

We will review all disputes within 5 business days and provide a resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
